"Elizabeth is a rare gift. She is provocative, evocative, saucy, generous, loving, engaging, and has a giant heart with which she takes on all comers. The combination of her commitment to her work, and the passion and compassion she brings to it, draws out the artist in those lucky souls who work with her.

"She has found the artist in my own 93 year old mother, who had never painted before, and has thereby left an additional legacy for the family to treasure.

"At a time when so much seems to be fading away it has been a true gift to have Elizbeth digging around in the soul's garden and coaxing tender and beautiful new buds to bloom. I am eternally grateful."

—Gael McPherson Post, Psychotherapist, Baltimore, MD, March, 2005

Art Gallery

All of the artwork shown here was painted or created by seniors in Elizabeth's art therapy classes. Non-toxic tempera paint was used for both 3-dimentional projects and paintings.

Even though most of the seniors had never painted before, everyone agreed they were able to achieve remarkable results in just a few sessions. Elizabeth's classes cover a wide range of skill levels; from very low functioning dementia patients to independent seniors.
